CANADIAN SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Rates

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and available shipping service.

Your exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping service selected and carrier conditions.

We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Tracking

When tracking is included with your selected shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

US SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Rates

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via Canada Post.

Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, package dimensions and selected shipping service.

Available services may include:

• Tracked Packet USA
• Expedited Parcel USA
• Xpresspost USA

The services available for your individual order will be displayed at checkout.

Duties, Import Taxes & Customs

Applicable U.S. duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout when required.

These charges are displayed separately during checkout so you can review the total cost of your order before completing your purchase.

Duty amounts are determined using information including product value and country of origin.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and any information required for customs clearance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Rates

International shipping availability and rates vary by destination.

Where shipping is available through our online checkout, your available shipping services and rates will be calculated based on your delivery address, order weight and package dimensions.

If a shipping option is not available for your destination, please contact us at info@artistswithin.com before placing your order.

Duties, Customs Fees & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically displayed and collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable before or at the time of delivery.

Artists Within Makeup Academy cannot predict or control charges imposed by international customs authorities or carriers.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt or other delivery issue, we will contact you once the package has been returned to us.

If the merchandise is returned in new, unopened and unused condition, a refund may be issued for the eligible product cost.

The following will not be refunded and may be deducted from any refund issued:

• Original outbound shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier, brokerage or customs-related fees charged to Artists Within Makeup Academy as a result of the returned shipment

If you would like the order shipped again, additional shipping charges will apply.

SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged or defective item received from us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Any duties, import taxes or customs-related charges associated with an international order may not be refundable after fulfillment.
