RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are:

• New
• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging and condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at info@artistswithin.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval once received.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@artistswithin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Makeup Kits: AW03 Pro & Starter

AW03 Pro and Starter Makeup Kits purchased in association with student or industry-insider enrolments are not eligible for return or refund.

If a makeup kit arrives damaged or contains a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@artistswithin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved damaged, defective or incorrect products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Online Courses

A refund for an online course purchase may be requested when both of the following conditions are met:

• The student has not logged in to or accessed the course content
• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date

Once course content has been accessed, the course is no longer eligible for a refund, subject to any rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Diploma Programs

Deposits paid toward diploma programs are non-refundable.

A registered start date may be transferred to a future available intake for a $50 transfer fee, subject to availability and program requirements.

Withdrawal, termination and tuition refund requirements relating to regulated diploma programs are governed by applicable Private Vocational Training legislation in Alberta and the terms contained in the student's enrolment contract.

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to review return activity for patterns of excessive, fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Where we reasonably determine that our return policy is being misused, we may restrict future returns or purchases. Customers affected by such a decision will be notified.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
